Greg Bray has spent more than two decades helping home builders turn their websites into their best new home salesperson. As President of Blue Tangerine, a digital marketing and website agency that works exclusively with home builders, Greg has made it his mission to help builders generate qualified leads and sell more homes through smarter digital strategy.
Greg co-founded the Builder Marketing Podcast because he believed the home building industry deserved a dedicated resource for real, practitioner-led conversations about what's actually working in digital marketing. Hundreds of episodes later, that belief hasn't changed. The podcast earned a Silver Award from The Nationals for Best Professional Development Series.
His focus areas are home builder website optimization, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping builder marketing teams stay visible and competitive as AI-powered search continues to reshape how buyers discover new homes.
NAHB hired Greg to write and teach their "Website Best Practices for Maximum Lead Generation" course. He has presented at the International Builders' Show (IBS), PCBC, the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC), and other industry events for many years. He also founded and co-hosts the Builder Marketing Summit, an annual gathering of builder marketing professionals, OSC leaders, and executives.
Greg holds a master's degree in business from North Carolina State University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University. He is a dedicated husband and father to six children.
Kevin is a former professional cyclist and Olympic Alternate as well as a highly decorated former United States Marine. His many productive years in the cycling industry landed him a very successful career in the Motorcycle/Automobile industry. His belief in and practice of relationship selling catapulted him from floor sales to GM of the largest Motorcycle Dealer network in the United States in less than 5 years.
Disenchanted with the auto industry due to unscrupulous business practices, he joined the team at Outhouse and led the team to the largest sales growth in the company’s history since the downturn. He’s an expert in Interactive Builder Web and Marketing content, 3D Rendering, Animation, Drafting, Matterport, and Print Marketing Collateral. He was made a partner at Outhouse on January 1st, 2023.
